Your comfort is our top priority! If you encounter an urgent maintenance issue that requires immediate attention, here’s what you should do:

Call us immediately: Follow the prompts and select “emergency maintenance”. We have a dedicated 24/7 emergency maintenance team for urgent situations and our on-call maintenance team will be alerted.

Provide Detailed Information: When calling, be sure to provide as much detail as possible about the nature of the emergency. This will help our maintenance team to assess the situation accurately and respond swiftly.

In dangerous situations like gas leaks, electrical problems, or flooding, put safety first for yourself and others. Evacuate the area if necessary and await further instructions from our maintenance team or emergency services.

In case of a life-threatening emergency, please call 911.

Residents can be held responsible for damages caused by them or visitors invited to the property. Any maintenance or repairs to apartment units or the common areas due to normal wear and tear, code compliance, or general habitability are the responsibility of Lantower Residential.

We offer a variety of ways to contact us, but the most convenient and easiest for you to track is to visit your resident portal and submit your requests, 24/7!

In the event of an emergency service requests, please call and we will dispatch services.

Applications are reviewed by a separate agency. If approved without any issues, it will take about 3 days to process. However, if there are conditions, it may take up to 5 days to process.

You can choose to add a roommate or have a guarantor added to your application.

If we do not approve your application, we will send you an email to inform you about the denial. If you are denied, your admin fee is refundable via check. However, your application fee is non-refundable.

Notify your leasing professional prior to the original move date to avoid lease cancellation. To find out the current rental rates and terms, you should reach out to your agent. These rates and terms are determined by factors such as the move date.

Typically, it will take approximately 4 weeks, depending on the nature of your move-out. Security deposits will be refunded in the amount that is remaining after your final utility bill and any fees/charges from your move-out, i.e. trash left behind, belongings, damage to apartment, etc.
